Frequently asked questions
Does it cost more to book Disney through you?
No. You pay the same price as booking directly with Disney. We’re paid a commission by Disney, not by you, and we never add a planning fee.
I already booked with Disney. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Many Disney vacation packages booked directly can be moved over to a travel agent. Tell us what you have and we’ll check.
How do payments work?
Most Disney packages are held with a deposit, with the rest due before you travel. Your payments go to Disney, and we keep track of the due dates for you.
What if a discount comes out after I book?
If a new offer comes out that fits your dates and resort, we’ll check whether it can be applied to your trip.
